Food Chemicals Yes Again!

I recently wrote a post called ‘it’s a crying Shame” which in truth I actually based on the passing of my sister from an aggressive cancer, and in the same month my wife being diagnosed with cancer and having to undergo a mastectomy and treatment as a result. Hopefully that was a wakeup call to you…

While helping my wife through this traumatic experience, I had some candid conversations with specialists, doctors and the oncologists, and besides this, did lots of research on cancer, and serious illnesses online.

There will probably be a lot of naysayers to what I believe, (and the opinions of the specialists and oncologists I spoke to); which is pinpointing the biggest cause of serious diseases in our present time with high incidences of cancer.

Food chemicals and hormones in food production, and GMO genetically modified foods are the culprits!

When I go shop these days it’s extremely difficult to find food free of all chemicals and for some sorts of food downright impossible! The &*%#$ they use in ‘Most’ fast foods and their preparation leaves little to be desired so the stuff we are putting into our bodies is pure poison.

Your immune system can only do so much before it caves in and the serious illnesses like cancer, heart diseases, diabetes and stroke kill you. Reading some of the stuff you put into your body from eating is frightening! Here is a list of 50 of the common ones, some you are putting into your mouth every day!

What are we putting into our and our children’s mouths?

Reading the labels on tins to know what they have in them is vital today, because we should all take steps to reduce these food chemicals we are putting into our bodies, or risk getting a life threatening disease. It’s not sensationalist but real fact.

Cancer was an exception in the generation before us, mostly because they consumed more natural and fresh foods. Believe it or madness; even fast foods were healthier back in the day…

Case in Point: The other day I bumped into a senior woman who looked around 60- 65 years old and very attractive too, and I started chatting with her. Much to my surprise when I discovered that she was actually 84 born in 1933, she showed me her identity card to prove it quite proudly too….

When I asked how she still managed to look so young she said the answer is right in front of all of us. It’s all got to do with what we eat!  I don’t think I need to go into any details here because its common sense we are killing ourselves with what we are eating. ( she also told me that she used baby glycerin to keep her skin so smooth and wrinkle free…)

Look it’s not hard to reduce food chemical intake, and doing so means that we should simply to be more aware of what we buy at the stores is all. There is enough sensationalism in the media about weight loss, illness and health issues. Food chemicals is a fact of life now…just take steps to reduce taking in these poisons is all…

Forget all the hype, and be sensible, and that is to as much as possible stay with natural organic stuff, and make healthy fast food choices…..even though its hard!
