My Weight Loss Mission! Did Garcinia Cambogia Work for Me?
Beating the Belly Fat with Garcinia Cambogia.
With me getting on in years, of course I am starting to bulge round the middle and my clothes are getting a bit tight and uncomfortable… After watching a Dr OZ show on TV where it was claimed Garcinia Cambogia was the belly fat fighting wonder, I decided to give it a bash.
First thing I did was browse around the internet, looking up more information on whether this stuff would work or not, and of course there were tons of conflicting claims and testimonials both positive and negative. I have tried other stuff before to shed a pound or two and the results have been a bit mixed.
Garcinia Cambogia Is not Cheap!
I shopped around a bit looking for the pure stuff Dr OZ recommends and discovered this stuff is not cheap, but this gave me a bit of confidence because like they say cheap stuff doesn’t work and that is mostly true where it concerns losing weight. I ordered quality Garcinia Cambogia at the best price I could find it and got a 3 month supply…
After one month of taking Garcinia Cambogia.
To begin with I took a reading on the bathroom scale a digital kind so it’s pretty accurate, and I’m not going tell you what that was either. I was also determined to eat a little better, and that started by avoiding white bread and take out foods which I really like. Besides this I did not change my normal diet much ….
Exercise Ugh… I did take the dogs for a walk once or twice a week but that’s it!
I have been religiously taking a Garcinia Cambogia capsule 30 minutes before each meal for a month now, but here and there I did forget to take one and rather waited until the next meal when I did.
After a week I did not really notice any difference and although tempted did not weigh myself yet.
Full two weeks later I noticed the T-shirts I wear were a lot looser fitting than before and my shorts elastic was also not so stretched. My wife mentioned I look leaner but to me it did not feel like it.
Three weeks passed taking Garcinia Cambogia, and I decided to get on the scale because I did notice when showering my belly was not so bulging like before, and my shorts and vests did fit more comfortable.
What were my results?
I found I had lost 2.5 kilograms which is around 5 pounds but what I liked more than anything else was my belly did shrink quite a bit.
My conclusion is that Garcinia Cambogia is good to lose inches rather than weight over all. After you take it you feel less hungry and your stomach will work better and more regularly as well. I recommend using it to help manage weight, but reduce the belly fat and inches more than anything else.
I still have 2 months supply of Garcinia Cambogia and will continue taking it until it’s finished. I do eat a little better and a little less, and supposed that has helped a bit as well. My goal is to lose quite a lot of weight and I still have a way to go.
